Vidya Wires IPO to Open on December 3 with Price Band Set at INR 48–52

Vidya Wires Limited has announced that the Vidya Wires IPO will open for subscription on December 3, 2025, offering investors an opportunity to participate in its upcoming equity issuance.

The bidding window for the Vidya Wires IPO will remain open from December 3 to December 5, 2025, while the Anchor Investor bidding is scheduled for December 2, 2025.

Vidya Wires IPO: Price Band and Lot Size Details

The price band for the Vidya Wires IPO has been fixed between ₹48 and ₹52 per equity share. The floor price is 48 times the face value of the shares, and the cap price is 52 times the face value.

Investors can place bids for a minimum of 288 equity shares and in multiples of 288 equity shares thereafter.

Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale Structure

The Vidya Wires IPO consists of a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh issue is valued at up to ₹2,740 million (₹274 crore), while the offer for sale includes up to 5,001,000 equity shares.

The total offer size includes shares with a face value of ₹1 each, as detailed in the Red Herring Prospectus.

Use of Proceeds from the Vidya Wires IPO

Net proceeds from the Vidya Wires IPO are proposed to be utilized for key objectives, including:

  • Funding capital expenditure for establishing a new project in its subsidiary, ALCU, amounting to ₹1,400 million (₹140 crore).
  • Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of outstanding borrowings estimated at ₹1,000 million (₹100 crore).
  • General corporate purposes.

Listing and Lead Managers

The equity shares offered through the Red Herring Prospectus are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE. BSE will serve as the designated stock exchange for the Vidya Wires IPO.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited and IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited are acting as the book-running lead managers.
